which is located in Brownsville, Kentucky (some exceptions are

LEASE
PURCHASE

| If you don't like to rent and don't have the cash, but know
that you need a sign, we will work with you on a lease purchase
agreement so you can get the sign you need and want at a price

| For only a little extra per month, whether you
rent a sign from us or have a lease purchase, we will send one
of our drivers by to check on the sign. We can make sure everything
is functioning properly, change your letters or message or just
replace a shot bulb. We want to make sure our customers are
